It is known to all of us that eating an unhealthy diet may disorder in the development of our physical and mental health.A balanced diet and regular physical activity are the keys of good health, eating junk food and too little physical activity can bring different kinds of health problems such as being overweight.

       Now a days human beings are busy in their daily lives like a machine.Each and every organs including brain, intestines etc are constantly running on since our birth. When "Buddha was asked "what have you gained from meditation? He replied"Nothing"! However, let me tell you what I have lost: anger, anxiety, depression, insecurity, fear of old age and death"Through meditation rest and relaxation can be gained.
